Tour offers to San Blas
The Comarca Guna Yala, Panamá offers pure Robinson feeling
Experience adventures individually with the Kunas
Tour to the San Blas Islands. The San Blas Islands (Archipiélago de San Blas in Spanish) are an archipelago of 365 small islands found in the Caribbean Sea of Panama.
Comarca Guna Yala
The islands belong to the “Comarca Guna Yala”, an autonomous area of the Kuna, who represent an indigenous ethnic group in Panama and who administer their islands themselves using a traditional system. Guna Yala stretches along the entire Caribbean coast of Panama, east from the Canal to the border with Colombia.
We offer daily tours - full day from/to Panama City, 2 days with 1 overnight stay or with several overnight stays. You have to be aware that you won't find any comfort there. It's all extremely simple, all the islands are managed by Kunas and the posadas or cabinas are always run by the family who also own the island.
Very few posadas have cabinas with private bathrooms - we were only able to visit three islands where there are cabinas with very simple bathrooms. On all other islands, the customers share a few bathrooms, the food consists of fish and other delicacies that the sea provides - pure nature.
The tours take place from/to Panama City - you will be picked up at the hotel and brought back there.
