Panamá: Rainy and dry season travel - you can always travel
In Panama, just like in other countries in Central and South America, a distinction is made between dry and rainy seasons, also called summer and winter.
It rains in the rainy season. Yes, sometimes longer. But definitely not as depressing as you are used to in Europe - the rain is warm and the mornings are generally dry. The rivers then have a lot of water, everything is green and fresh, the air smells of life.
Basically, Panama is good to travel all year round, but you have to worry more about equipment and travel routes during the rainy season. We are happy to help with planning.
