Rafting is a particularly exciting adventure , although we are of course extremely concerned about safety. Nevertheless, it is and remains an exciting, adrenaline-pumping thing that is not entirely risk-free.
The Rio Pacuare is considered one of the ten best rafting rivers in the world.
The day tour takes 10-11 hours from/ to San José/Santa Ana . It has class 1-4 rapids, so it's quite challenging.
Children under 12 are not allowed, but as an alternative we can reach the camp by land. That's why you can also go on a two-day tour with children, and they'll join you by land.
Prices for accommodation and tours at the comfortable Pacuare Lodge vary depending on season, occupancy and room type. The spectacular Linda Vista bungalows are therefore also the ones with a higher price. The accommodation in all rooms is fantastic, the food is first quality - optional tours are offered.
As a day tour, the price for the entire route is just under US$ 100 per participant, including pick-up at the hotel in San José/Santa Ana.
