Captain Suizo

Hotel Capitan Suizo in Tamarindo

Captain Suizo, Tamarindo

Dream hotel on a dream beach

Just let yourself be pampered - wildlife and environmental protection right on the dream beach

The Hotel “Capitán Suizo” owes its name to the small island “El Capitán”, which is located directly in front of the hotel beach, and on the other hand to the fact that the owners come from Switzerland.

The Capitán Suizo is an eco-conscious, fine beach boutique hotel offering 35 rooms in different classes, located in the forest, in the lush, manicured garden, which is home to a wide variety of animals. From the hotel you can observe the magnificent nature of Costa Rica. Birds, howler monkeys, squirrels, gray and green iguanas, geckos, skunks, frogs and raccoons are animals that can be seen in the garden almost every day. And sometimes see nocturnal wildlife such as porcupines, anteaters, armadillos and opossums.

The Capitán Suizo is located in Playa Tamarindo, right on the beach in a fantastic location, outside the village, at the end of the bay. Tamarindo is one of the most popular and beautiful Pacific beaches in Costa Rica and has warm water all year round and is famous for its spectacular sunsets. The village borders the Marino Baulas National Park and tours are offered.
Since there are many different seasonal prices and different room classes in this 4-star boutique hotel, we ask you to contact us for a cost estimate.
